Dragon

Explanation: The dragon is a method of reaching the opposite side of an object or a piece of land. Usually a bounce against the terrain is needed to generate enough momentum to perform the dragon. You must release from the rope somewheres between -90 to 0 degrees, depending on the circumstances. A brief delay after release is needed to give the worm time to reach the opposite side of the object.
At the opportune time, quickly attach/release the rope. This serves the purpose oh halting the worms horizontal momentum so that he can fall to the land below. A second quick attach/release of the rope then follows. This serves the purpose of reversing the direction the rope will shoot. The first attachment changes the rope to have a positive angle and the second attachment changes this back to a negative angle. (See shadow)
Case Examination: Notice that I perform a hard bounce against the terrain with a relatively short rope prior to the dragon. Following the bounce I continue to pull up and hold right to build momentum. The momentum was vital in this case because the dragon spans such a grand distance. I release at what looks to be about a -60 degree angle. I wait the proper length of time before attaching the rope again to the roof, which allows me to get
in a good position. I then proceed to attach/release quickly both times with no further adjustments. The end result is I have an appropriate angle and length of rope to connect to the opposite side of the island. After considering all these factors, we can deem this dragon as being very good, clean, and with little flaw.
Dragon Variations
[Dragon} The term dragon refers to when you dragon across an entire object or island. (As shown in the example)
[Mini-Dragon} The term mini-dragon refers to when you dragon across a portion of an object or island.
[Flagpole Dragon} Unlike a normal dragon, you push down before you initially release. This decreases your horizontal momentum which allows you to dragon at angles closer to 0 degrees; thereby producing a flagpole type appearance. Due to the great decrease in momentum, it is impossible to flagpole dragon over a large span.
[Leper Dragon} This is the same as normal dragon except that the initial release occurs somewheres between -90 to -135 degrees. You must exercise enough fling in the second rope connection to pull yourself over the object you are indirectly dragoning over. Note: Whenever you need to apply fling to a move to make it possible, it is said to be unclean. Therefore, I decided to name this move the Leper Dragon.
